From us, to you: an online shop

Theoretically, doing an online shop is less stressful than running an actual physical location. Saving on the rent alone is enough to justify an online operation.

But is running an online all roses and peaches ? No, it has its own challenges. First and foremost, how do we establish Trust between customers and providers ? Secondly, how do we  expose ourselves ? is advertising enough ? And lastly, the shipping cost. This part is a struggle, something we would like to improve on.

For a fast shipment, say a few days from us to you, the shipping cost is half the cost of our camera strap , and this is without the tariff you may be encountering.

To offset the psychological barrier,  marking up the asking price while lowering the  shipping fee could be a way. Or, we could simply pick the least expensive shipping method. The latter is our picking. The downside is it may take more than just a few days to arrive at your door.

If you're in a rush for a faster delivery, you could write to us letting us know. There are more ways than what we are currently offering. The reason we don't let customers choose shipping options during checkout is because ..... the plan we have with the Shopify. To have this feature available, one would need to upgrade to a premium plan, something we have yet to afford.
